Yours Clothing Expands Refund Options with e-Gift Card and Rewards Program

Customers can now opt for a refund via a Yours Clothing e-gift card when returning eligible online purchases.

Selecting this option also grants an extra 200 Rewards Club points.

This initiative is part of AK Retail Group’s broader efforts to enhance customer experience, extending to brands like Long Tall Sally, BadRhino, M&Co, Evans, and PixieGirl.

The update enhances the Rewards Club program by providing an additional method to earn points and offering customers a flexible refund choice for future shopping.

The launch follows recent digital improvements across AK Retail Group’s brands to elevate the online shopping experience.

Yours Clothing, founded in 1994 by Andrew Killingsworth, operates more than 100 stores across the UK and Ireland alongside its ecommerce business.

The retailer recently expanded selected product ranges to include sizes 10 and 12, alongside its core plus-size offer of sizes 14 to 40.
